Request for Quotation (RFQ) is a standard business process. Its purpose is to invite suppliers into a bidding process for specific products and/or services based on a package of specifications and drawings.
After analysis and evaluation of potential suppliers RFQ answers, the Hager Group chooses its partner to develop and/or deliver material, goods or services. The Hager Group choice will be based on Total Cost of Ownership approach.
At this stage, and with the monitoring confirmation, the supplier presents a potential interest towards the Hager Group sourcing world and the supplier have to agree with general conditions. |
