Potential supplier

This 2nd step consists in assessing at the supplier his ability to reach the Hager Group requirements according to the following criteria:
  • Strategic Development,
  • Price/Cost Management,
  • Manufacturing Capability,
  • Sourcing Capability,
  • Safety, Environment & Quality,
  • Logistics,
  • New Product Innovation,
  • Corporate Social Responsibility.
After results analysis of the supplier’s assessment and the signature of the Hager Group Quality Requirements Charter (PDF, 34 KB), the steering committee choose or not to integrate the supplier as a “potential supplier”.
