- 2 digit Parts Per Million (PPM) quality level
- 100% Production Parts Approval Process (PPAP) submission for all projects
- Provide continuously suggestion (win/win) improvement
These standards and their requirements for a continuous improvement culture necessitate the development of a partnership of mutual trust between the supplier and the Hager Group.
In order to select the Hager Group partners and help them constantly improve their performance, the Hager Group introduces a “sourcing process” which supports this drive towards mutual excellence. |
