The Berker Radio Touch has won the “red dot award: product design 2011”. This radio set comes in the size of a light switch and can therefore be mounted on or in the wall. Yet despite the compactness, both the VHF and IP versions have all the standard functions you would expect. Functions such as station scan, station memory, time & date display and sleep mode that can be intuitively operated via the easy-to-read icons on the touch panel.
The jury, made up of international experts, was particularly impressed by the harmony of design functionality and simplicity of use – the criteria with which Berker Radio Touch was able to fend off numerous rivals in the contest for the prestigious red dot award.
