NF&A2P in FranceIn 2005 there was a strong drive to certify our security products according to the NF&A2P labels.
As a reminder, the NF&A2P labels indicate compliance with AFNOR Certification standards (NF) and recognition by insurance professionals (A2P).
At the end of September 2005, the product ranges associated with each of our trade marks marketed in France benefited from NF&A2P certification.
Having certified products also means complying with all existing regulations. This is why our products are sampled and audits are performed on our quality system so that the insurance companies certifying body, the CNPP, can check our compliance, both with respect to the technology we use and the quality of our products.

 | IMQ in ItalyIn Italy, IMQ is the label recognised by installation professionals.
IMQ certification is awarded following an audit by a specialist and independent body. After checking that the products comply with standards before they are marketed, this organisation guarantees their conformity (IEC 79-2 standard for electronic security devices: IEC 79-16 for wireless devices).

 | VdS in GermanyAlarm systems sold in Germany are recognised by German insurers and therefore benefit from VdS approval. The German police itself recommends VdS approved systems.
The company VdS Schadenverhütung GmbH has defined different requirements classes (A, B, C and, since 2004, H), which correspond to risks in relation to the amounts to be insured. |
